Marketing and analytics
The tracking behind your website and marketing set up properly, and the numbers turned into a report you'll actually read.
Most companies have Google Analytics installed and get very little from it. Often the tracking is incomplete, so the things that matter, an enquiry, a booking, a sign-up, aren't recorded at all, and what is recorded sits in a dashboard built for analysts. I set the tracking up so it measures the right things, connect it to the other places your marketing data lives, and build a simple report that shows what's working and what changed. Where there's a question worth testing, I run a proper A/B test to answer it.
Tracking that measures the right things
Google Analytics and Tag Manager set up so that enquiries, bookings, sign-ups and sales are recorded as what they are, not as page views. Search Console, your email platform and your ad accounts connected so the picture is complete. Cookie consent handled properly, so the tracking is compliant as well as accurate.
A report you'll read
One page, updated automatically, in plain words: where visitors come from, what they do, what converts, and what changed since last month. Where it helps, an AI-written summary of what's worth looking at, so you don't have to open Google Analytics to find out.
A/B testing
When there's a question worth answering, a headline, a form, the order of a page, I set up a proper A/B test, run it for long enough for the result to mean something, and tell you what it showed in plain terms. Then the version that works stays.
